Initial Appointment
Your initial naturopathy appointment is designed for new clients ready to take the first step toward improving their health. This in-depth consultation includes a comprehensive discussion of your presenting concerns, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, and mental wellbeing to gain a full picture of your overall health and identify underlying causes. Together, we will develop a personalised plan which may include lifestyle and dietary recommendations, as well as a prescription for herbal medicine or supplements where appropriate (additional costs apply). Pathology or functional testing may also be recommended when indicated to further support your care.

Return Appointment
Your return consultation is for existing patients only. This session focuses on reviewing your progress and refining your personalised treatment plan. We will discuss your response to previous recommendations, assess any diagnostic or pathology results where applicable, and adjust your clinical protocol if required. This appointment provides continued guidance, education, and practical strategies to ensure your plan remains aligned with your evolving needs and long-term wellbeing.

$80 for 20minsAcute Appointments
The acute consultation is available exclusively to existing clients. This appointment is designed for short-term support and allows us to review your current symptoms and make timely adjustments to your existing prescriptions or provide acute remedies such as immune or sleep support. You’ll receive a focused, safe treatment plan to help address sudden concerns and get you back on track quickly.
